1. Quotations & Custom Fabrication Scope
Online estimates generated through our Instant Quote tool or preliminary discussions are indicative figures based on user-supplied dimensions. Final binding proposals are issued only after an on-site physical laser templating visit by our technical supervisor.
2. Materials & Quality Specifications
SS Grill guarantees that materials delivered match the grade specified on the final purchase contract (e.g. AISI 304 or AISI 316). We recommend Grade 316 for coastal areas subject to marine salt spray.
3. Society Approvals & Access Permissions
It is the customer's responsibility to secure necessary gate passes, society NOCs (No Objection Certificates), and elevation compliance permissions from their respective Apartment Owners Association (AOA) or building management prior to installation.
4. Turnaround & Installation
Fabrication timelines (typically 4 to 7 working days for residential grills) commence upon confirmation of final laser dimensions and advance deposit. We ensure professional installation by trained technicians adhering to site safety practices.
5. Governing Law
All contracts and services executed by SS Grill shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India, subject to Chennai jurisdiction.
